About Us

Connecting the diaspora to heritage, one language at a time.

Nija Language Hub is an online Nigerian language education platform for children and families who want to stay connected to their roots, wherever in the world they live.

Our Purpose

Why we exist

For many Nigerian families abroad, children grow up understanding a little of their parents’ language but struggle to speak it. Over time, that gap can make conversations with grandparents and relatives harder, and cultural traditions feel distant.

We created Nija Language Hub to close that gap: to give children a joyful, structured way to learn Igbo, Yoruba and Ibibio, and to help families keep their heritage alive for the next generation.

Our Approach

How we teach

  • Live online lessons, so children learn by listening, speaking and interacting, not just watching
  • Native-speaking Nigerian teachers who bring the language and culture to life
  • Child-friendly methods, including conversation, songs and storytelling
  • A structured, encouraging environment where every child can build confidence

Our Commitment

Preserving language and culture

Language carries a family’s stories, values and identity. Our commitment is to make Nigerian languages accessible to every family that wants to keep them alive, with warmth, respect and quality teaching.

Give your child the gift of language.
