Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or enrol a child in Nija Language Hub classes. By registering, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have their permission to enrol them.

Our classes

We provide live online Igbo, Yoruba and Ibibio language classes taught by native-speaking Nigerian teachers. Learning progress depends on many factors, and we do not guarantee a particular level of fluency within a set number of classes.

Packages and prices

• Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) at $7 per paid class. Package prices are shown on our Classes & Packages page.
• Free bonus classes are added to your paid classes where a package includes them.
• Package-specific terms, including whether a package covers one student or several, class validity, rescheduling of missed classes and how bonus classes are credited, will be confirmed with you in writing before you pay.

Enrolment and payment

• Submitting the registration form does not complete your enrolment. An enrolment is confirmed only once payment has been verified by our team.
• Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We do not store payment card details.
• A confirmed payment does not mean a class time has already been assigned. Scheduling is arranged after confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed with you in writing before you pay. If you have a question about a payment, please contact us before making another payment.

Online safety and conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from students, families and teachers in all classes. Please make sure a parent or guardian is available to support younger children during online lessons where needed.
